I have every single Fossil Pokémon in pre-evolved forms - literally untouched, so they can be used for EV training as well. As they are untouched at Lv.25, I have not evolved them yet, but some evolve as early as Lv.30 (some later, like Lileep at Lv.40), so by training them or having them hold the Exp. Share during battles - esp. Audino battles - you can evolve them quickly. Aerodactyl does not evolve, meanwhile. (If you need Tirtouga or Archen, it has to come in Egg or hatched form.)

I already have all Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn starters (as well as Unova's, of course), and I will be eventually importing the Sinnoh starters after completing those games; already planning to restart one game in order to acquire the third starter, have both Pearl (used with an existing save, not mine) and Platinum. As for others, I will have a list soon, and generally not picky as I can fill in many gaps from the other games I own.
