Phione - lvl 50, Jolly, OT Hayley (not exactly event but still an option) UT
Pikachu colored Pichu - lvl 30, OT Gamestp UT

Ash's Pikachu - lvl 50, Naughty, OT Ash UT
(Zoroark event) Entei - lvl 30, Adamant, OT Gamestp UT
(Zoroark event) Raikou - lvl 30, Rash, OT Gamestp UT

(Zoroark event) Suicune - lvl 30, Relaxed, OT Gamestp UT
Pokemon Movie 11 Victini (Jap) - lvl 50, timid, ID 04161
Tanabata 2006 Jirachi (jap) - lvl 5, Sassy, ID 60707
(Zorua event) Celebi - lvl 50, Lonely, ID Win2011

Sadly thats all I have atm, I lost most of them when my husband lost my other platinum. Id rather keep the ditto in a 4th gen game, so if theres something you want from my white then we can make two trades, one on each version.

btw, if you didnt know the Pikachu colored Pichu unlocks the in game event for the Notched eared Pichu in HG and SS.

I'm only interested in the Foreign one, what would you want for it? And what version is it in?

Id prefer 4th, I can always switch it over later if I wanted to. But 5th would work too.

What's the target frame? Do you have a roamer out? Here's the steps, straight from Smogon:

    1. Begin your cycle of soft resetting, remembering to set the clock on your DS each and every time so that the time when you "Continue" matches your target time. Instructions for reliably hitting the target time are found in the "Common information for Breeding and Capturing Perfect Pokémon" section.

    2. Once in game, unless capturing something with a very low frame number, you will want to verify that you have correctly hit your target time and delay. The easiest way to do this is to use the Coin Flip trick, as explained in the "Common Information for Breeding and Capturing Perfect Pokémon" section. If you miss your target time and delay, immediately capture a Pokémon and use the initial seed finder to figure out what time and delay you actually hit.

    3. Figure out the correct number of RNG advances that will be required to hit your target frame. For example:
    Target Frame: 107
    Monster Frame: 1
    Wandering Pokémon: 1
    Total required RNG advances: 105.

    4. Advance the RNG by 105. In this example, the Journal page flipping and walking techniques are used. You would flip your Journal 50 times to a page which lists a captured Pokémon to advance the RNG by 100. That still leaves five, though, which can be handled by walking 128 steps with five Pokémon in the party.

    5. Capture the Pokémon and verify that it is the one you were attempting to catch. If it was not, you may want to figure out what frame it did come from so that you can correct any errors on subsequent attempts before returning to Step 1. You may do this by entering the initial seed into the seed field of RNG Reporter, clicking "Generate", and then finding the Pokémon in the list.

    just kidding around!
3-5 ya? do it until your delay range is 10 (like 610-620 or whatever :B) and your second is consistent as possible (i.e. always the same second, dood). then youre considered pro.

you using iv code, i usually catch them off from solaceon. high levels dont matter.

i figured it was the iv code... '____'

    Basic points:
    - Seconds hitting AR's Start =/= Seconds in RNG Reporter, there will be a difference of seconds
    - Check IV code

First, update to version 9.81 beta RNG Reporter 9

Second, be sure you have familiarized yourself with the smogon articles:
    common information
how to capture flawless wild pokemon

Third, looks like you're doing it right but here's a recap of calibration rules, DPP with AR:
    1. Save in patch of grass (I'm at Route 222, maybe the Victory cave is a problem?) with party less than 5. Save game. Turn off.
    2. Have DS and external/computer clock accurately synchronized. Note the hour, minute, and date of the DS system. With game and AR inserted, turn on DS system. At the moment you click START from the AR menu, note the seconds on the computer clock (for example, we press START the moment the clock says 04:35:00 time).
    3. (Comfortably but) quickly button mash your way through the opening animation until you click "Continue" adventure on the menu. Your delay ranges should be 600s for Platinum and 620s for Diamond/Pearl.
    4. Enter game world and immediately catch the first Pokemon you encounter via sweet scent. Don't make a step. You may make turns. Be on the pokegear app #1, clock. Other poke apps have given me issues.
    5. Correctly interpret the wild Pokemon's IVs if using the TM code. The first 6 TMs present IVs in this order: HP Atk Def Speed SpAtk Spdef
    5. Enter junk into RNG Reporter. I had no problem doing this. See image. Results must be Initial Method 1 Frame. Write down your delay and seconds; these are important for hitting target spreads.

Again, that if you click START on AR Menu at :00 seconds, you should be getting a result of about 16-17 seconds from the RNG Reporter. Whatever that number is, remember it; it's important for you in hitting target times. For example, if my target seconds is 50 seconds, 50-17=33. I must click AR's START when my external/computer clock reads 33 seconds in order to hit target second 50... :P

Soo that's it. Lemme know if you're still stumped. Use a real cartridge and older DS system, yup yup.
