At least they have servers. :P Shooters make preteens feel manly and make them feel like they can harass girl gamers because the girls they know offline don't like them.

I have both of those, but I haven't played them much. And I probably won't spend much time playing them as I found those Japanese Sim City 4 mod sites and spent most of yesterday adding about 100 mods to my install queue. I do have the initial folder down to 263 items, though.

I was wary because it's on a manga site.

EA doesn't have to deal with the CoD fanboys because its shooters don't have the massive cult following, so they think they can do online communities better than Activision. Though Sim City and The Sims would be games where the vulgarity wouldn't be running amok like on Call of Duty. The Sims would probably be closer to Gaia with some cybering going on as extracurricular activities to the Sims own "woohoo"ing.

I still wanna get the new Sim City for the GlassBox engine, where each individual sim that you see is actually living their own life, and not being randomly generated like in past games in the franchise.

    What is that.

The new game's title is just Sim City. And, yes, the always online requirement has caused thousands of people issues because EA derped and wasn't ready for the server load of SimCity. Serves them right for doing a stress test during beta using only those who preordered.

SimCity 4, on the other hand, has no online functions as it's been out 10 years.

    It's like 3:01 where I am.

But here, have a 10 story statue of Haruhi Suzumiya made by Japanese people for Sim City 4: http://www.bripizza.net/sc4/bhlandmark/bhlandmark.html

A lot of games could be a bit easier. I wish Fire Emblem had revival items... Then I wouldn't have to restart chapters over and over again to keep casualties to 0.
I'm still working my way through Radiant Dawn... I wonder if I'll ever beat the final boss. |D; Gotta try to beat the game before April, though... when the next one comes out. \o.

Probably when it got carried away by the ocean currents to toad-knows-where.

    Exactly. |D

It'd be quite a splash if you missed the sprite.

Yeah, that's right. It's near the cannon that gives you access to the amusement park.

    XD Me too, I think.

Couldn't have said it better. |D I just knew it was going to take a loooo...ong time before I'd see another level. Sometimes I just felt like quiting and moving on to another place, which was "defeat the boss" instead of "get the shine sprite at the end of long and tedious road which you'll be cursing on have fun" level. |D

Yeah, I remember that. And then one would fall of the metal construction, but to get back on it, you needed another nozzle which was on the other side of the level. OTZ

It always took a few tries, but generally it was quite amusing. If I remember correctly, everytime I saw "secret of" in the level title, I kind of sighed "Oh, no" before continuing.

I also liked Pianta Village, but not as much as Serina Beach. Now that I think of it, a lot of levels were quite fun. I think the one I liked the least was Ricco Harbour.

I loved the Shell's secret, the one that made me (and my sister, we kinda played together from time to time) rage the most was the Hotel Lobby's Secret. The sand made us ragequit a few time. |D We didn't loose any lives, as there was 1Up close to the beginning.... but still. It was anoying. None the less, Niko Bay and Serina Beach probably were my favourite levels.
