- "Don't call me fat, Tom."
Tom looks at Bill with amusement and a smile crosses his face, because he's got Bill all wound up now and Bill's cutest when he's wound up. Bill's cute all the time but when he's annoyed with Tom, somehow that makes him even more adorable. "Why shouldn't I?" he asks, placing a hand on Bill's hip and smoothing his thumb across it.
It sends a jolt of electricity unlike anything Bill has ever felt through him, and suddenly he's squirming under Tom's touch because it makes him feel good in a way that it really shouldn't. "Because I'm not fat, Tom. I barely even eat anything."
"Relax." Tom lightly nudges Bill and smiles sweetly at him, letting his little brother know he's not serious. "You know you're beautiful, so shut up."
Bill's smile right then warms Tom right down to the very core, and he leans over and gives his brother a soft kiss before they fall asleep curled up together, Bill in Tom's arms.
