    ^ PPN

    I talked this over with a friend (since I'm inept in the field), and realize I could possibly be ticking you off. Sorry. I'll be sure to think before I post, hearsay from now on, hopefully.

    I firmly and sincerely believe there should be supporter tiers 7, 8, and 9, but not 10, because it's a double digit. Tier 7 could be $100.00 to $174.99 in donations, tier 8 could be $175.00 to $299.99, and tier 9 could be $300.00+ in total donations for a user. The problem is getting users to donate this much, even though I'd build up to it for the rep and bragging rights it brings, hence why I'm aiming for tier 6. Well, I think three new steep tiers would give something for people to go for, and it would slow down the amount of rep points that only $25 brings, you know? Make people earn their "bragging points" a little more fairly, if you will

    Is there any reason why Tier 6 isn't included in the Donations and Supporter Benefits sticky?

    What anime is your avatar(s) from? They're so well-drawn .

    I was wondering why you're only marked as staff on BG in the full staff list and not by some sort of special username markup (boy, Mozz sure didn't miss out on that XP He not only got bold-italics, but a serif font and his favorite color, as you've known for a long time X])

    Do you know why everyone on BMGƒ is acting like you're food? It's kind of odd ' And coincidentally, I pair this question with your current usertitle there.

    How have managed to hide your gender on all of your web profiles? Can you tell me what you are if you don't mind? On top of that, you're quite talented at keeping an outstandingly gender-neutral presence everywhere

    Also, what are you at the PPN? Are you a worker/engineer, supervisor, CEO, or what? It's quite intriguing how you work PPN into what you do - you show it more than anything else. It's cool to think that PC is run by the same person who runs a hosting company, and to ponder things like are PC's servers incorporated for free into PPNHosting's rackspace, etc etc; you understand.

    Sorry for the overload of questions, they kind of piled up on me ;

    EDIT: I saw your recently played songs, and the track Two Plus Two Equals Five by Star One said it was played “1 undefined ago” X3

    Overall, I think the vast majority (that excludes a nameless few) of staff members are handling affairs quite well, and that's saying something, because the looks of Serebii and Bulbagarden (They being both about 9 months older than PC) IMO set a poor example for future communities and fanbases, with this being a compelling example. I don't visit Serebii because of the rumors shrouding it, and its crusty layout, no offense. For all people can venture a guess on, it may be pure luck that certain sites ended up in cloaked chaos and others didn't - hey, I wish I knew .

    Is there any reason that permabanned users get their names put in all caps like that? It's kinda odd :3.

    You know, the vast majority of people with reasons to dislike PokéCommunity say it's because of the strict policies and guidelines. My counter to this is that how the rules are written are not consistently linked to how they take effect. For instance, a sysadmin could be running a board with 40 members registered, all active. The rules of his/her forum state that 'shipping is openly negotiable in its forum, and that avatars bigger than 100×100 are grounds for banning. The sysadmin proceeds to ban 15 of the members for having oversized avatars, although only 3 of them actually went over the limit. He/she also proceeds to lock a 'shipping thread and permabans the participating users (a total of 10 people) because of his/her own 'shipping bias.
    Now, you take the same board with the same rules, and a different sysadmin. 25 users have avatars gawkingly exceeding the limit (all over 400×400); only 5 of those users were punished for rulebreaking. 2 of the (lets say) 4 'shipping threads degrade into thinly-veiled flame wars, with opposing 'shippers rushing back and forth bashing the other 'ship's thread. The sysadmin finds this in action, and swiftly punishes the first side of the flame war, but leaves the other side off the hook even though they were deeply involved.

    The point of this scenario is to illustrate that all how actual enforcement of rules takes place depends solely on the persons or people inacting justice. You understand?

    I know you have heard of a website called Bulbagarden, or formerly BulbaGarden, rather. It was founded around 1999-2000 I think, but died off in the waning year of Gold/Silver (2001). A man that goes by the alias of Archaic revived and rebuilt “BulbaGarden” to its former glory, and the now dubbed “Bulbagarden” still stands to this day. Now, there are two secrets that I'm sure a person of your standing would be aware of about Bulbagarden, its forums, its gallery, and its 3 (formerly 4) wikis. The first is rather unmentionable in this place and form, so I'll take the assumption that you know what I'm talking about (After all, it's named after the Golden Wang of Justice). The second big “cover-up” is that sometime in 2008 I think Archaic sold out all of Bulbagarden to a for-profit corporation called HAVA Media. This (obviously) means that as of now, he owns nothing, and supposedly holds his bolded and italicized username to cover up the fact that he cheaped out on everyone (Sad, yeah :/); I see many people, regular joes, mods, and administrators alike refer to him as the “bossman”, no doubt. Not to rant, but he seems to have a problem getting along with people as when I attempted to strike up a conversation with him, he didn't react so well, unfortunately. Anyway, this looks like a good place to finish, so I'll stop here.

    Also, what's up with the padding on your userpage? It makes it quite uncomfortable on a 1024×768 screen :/

Halo, Gears of War, Warcraft, Diablo … just a few video games that have made the successful transition to other forms of media from novels to trading card games, action figures, music and more. Moving from one media to another is never a guarantee of success no matter how successful the franchise. For every success like Halo there are tens of failures such as BloodRayne and Dead or Alive (both to movie) as well as hit-and-misses such as Street Fighters bad movie, but excellent comic line from...

According to the Pokemon game translator himself, Nob Ogasawara, Nintendo has told him that his services are no longer needed. Ogasawara will no longer be in charge of translating the Pokemon games. Instead, Nintendo plans on doing any translation work internally.
