    Yeah, I'm willing to learn how to edit the objects such as the trees, grass ect. I just need to know what each of the hex offsets in the 3rd part is. So like for instance, trying to move the snow around in Twinleaf Town in Pokémon Platinum, so then I could figure out the similar function in Black/White. It's definately one of my goals... and one of those goals is to also learn C and C++ and creating a hex editing module for Visual Studio 2010 to create a 5th generation map editor.

    Hm... even if I did extract the land_data.narc from the ROM and edit it... it still would've had the same effect if I edited it CrystalTile2 in the same area, CrystalTile2 has a file index of the ROM when you open it up with CrystalTile2. And CrystalTile2 is very handy... 'cause you can locate the images easily and insert new .bmp files to replace the image. And I'll ask Link about the map layout possition (though I don't mean the models, I actually ment the objects such as the trees, grass ect.). Thanks for info, though.

    Hm... trying to figure out how to edit the possitions of the map layout in a Pokémon Platinum ROM. While attempting to edit them... I ended up kinda messing up the texture of the snowy area of Twinleaf Town, so instead of changing the possition, I messed up the texture of it. I kinda wonder to myself... "where is the bytes that determine the possition of a layout object?". So I decided to ask you if you know anything about editing the map layout on the ROM itself? And which bytes determine the texture and which ones determine the possition?

    Hm... something that I need to learn about.

    Oh, it's the graphics? Hm. I'd have a better guess then that it's one of the numbered files. That will take a while to find. :\

    I think it is in /data/slot.narc in the Japanese game. I can send it to you if you need it.
