Windows OS means that it works on a Windows Operating System, known as 95, 98, and so on. This includes Vista. Wait- you didn't know that fact and you are a ROM hacker?

Why thank you :3 I figured that to replace the fact you dont have a VS Seeker, you would need a fun way to battle.

Also, most of the bosses(Gym leaders/Admins/Battle shop leaders/etc) have pokemon that go with a strategy that exist in the real video game world. For example, Leon has a Skarmory with spikes. If he uses spikes three times, and most of his pokemon know whirlwind... Bad for the opponet

No, actually I'm disappointed as well. But I knew that restarting would mean some things like that, and the good outweighed the bad, so I did it.

Patch it to the one you already had. Also, no events will be changed, but every map currently in the game will be changed. I suggest saving in a pokemon center and then patching the game when the next beta comes out.

Yes, you will be able to continue your game. The next beta will be released pretty shortly, so I hope your ready for it :3

I think you can. Although you might miss a rival battle and an event of TM27 (Return).
    So, the answer is yes.

By the end of beta 1 it's about 25-30%. Beta 2 should push it to about 45%. I already have a decent amount of work done on beta 2. I could have released a little more on beta 1, but I wanted to make sure everything was as perfect as could be.
