Bolin... Eh, I wish I had more to say about him, but I don't. He basically is just comic relief more than a real character. Mako is cool, though. At least he got a good role in season two when he assumed the role of detective. The backstabbing and framing from his old "friends" from the one gang (which one was it: the Triple Threat Triad or the Ag Ni Kis? I can't remember off-hand) setup an excellent side conflict between him and the one businessman (Eh, again, I can't remember his name off-hand. It's been a while since I watched the show. Sorry...).

Lol it really sucks not having an aftermarket radio so you can listen to what you want to instead of the radio. That's why when I got my car the first thing I did was replace the radio. Now that my sisters driving my car I need to buy a new whip. I don't need the radio I got my own music and without the radio I can still manage to find music I've never heard before.

I don't care much for country I completely forgot country even existed haha.. That shows you how often I listen to the radio. I never listen to the radio it's filled with overplayed songs that's good for a minute then turns to garbage the next. Yep I think that sums up modern day's mainstream music lmao.

I'm a fan of Hip-Hop (I'm a rapper myself) but I despise the modern day mainstream Hip-Hop, it's pathetic and the rappers show nothing but ignorance and lack of talent. Sellin their soul to the industry to get rich off a song that has no meaning throwing away true potential. Basically their just rapping over a dope instrumental and that's what's selling so I completely understand why you don't like Hip-Hop. But trust me, there is good Hip-Hop out it's just hard to find.

I like some heavy metal but that's mainly because I got a lot of friends that plays in heavy metal, hardcore, metalcore, etc bands so I don't completely throw this type of music out of the equation.

I'm also not a fan of pop.. Really to be honest I don't like any pop, not even the older pop. Pop is just one of the few genre's I hate, but I gotta admit there are a few good pop songs but the culture as a whole I don't care for it.

That was an interesting plot point. Well, I can see why Aang spent more time seasoning Tenzen as the leader of the air benders, even though Tenzen wasn't so mystically inclined as his daughter Jinora (sp?). Actually, I would've thought Tenzen would have been more of a scholar than a spiritualist because it seemed to me like he preferred studying philosophy than applying it (the same way Jinora does).

Bumi made me laugh so much! He had so much in common with the A:TLA character. Strong-willed, occasionally dimwitted, but always finding some sort of creative solution to problems... I love characters like that!

I think Amon's character was fine, but his backstory was what was truly out of whack. I mean, his father was a blood-bending crime lord. How did that happen? There was only one blood-bender in the entire Avatar series, who was an elderly woman without any children who would've inherited the power and/or learned it from her. The only other person who actually did learn the technique was Katara, who's still alive and birthed Aang's children. I don't exactly recall there being any explanation as to how Amon's father learned the ability (unless there was some hidden clan of water benders who knew it or something and I missed the reference). I also found it a little awkward that the one councilman (I forget his name) turned out to be Amon's brother and a blood-bender too... >.>

I agree: Season One really did suck. Well, up to about halfway through. But, the main point was just working past the prologue of Aang's exploits and establishing the new characters. I was happy that one of my predictions about a potential sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender came true (i.e. the next Avatar's airbending teacher would be Aang's son, the only difference being that I thought he'd be an only child and unmarried). The Equalist movement was rather weak as far as plot points went, but political anarchy is hard to portray without really messing stuff up (social commentaries never translate well into fiction, imo).

Season Two had it's ups and downs, but I did enjoy it. I hadn't been watching a lot of Nickelodeon lately (I actually am into cartoons, but I generally avoid Nickelodeon unless Legend of Korra is on). I'll try and catch tonight's episode.

Believe it or not I'm one of the very few members that doesn't have an opposite taste of music than others. I'm open minded when it comes to music so I don't see how it's humanly possible. There's very few genres I just can't stand.

Wait, that's premiering already? I love that show. Well, I thought the end of Season Two was sort of weak, but the rest of the series has actually been really good.

Oh, god! That game made me laugh so hard! I even took the extra time to try and unlock all available support dialogue for all characters (sans unwed pairings and unwed children) during my second playthrough. So many hilarious cutscenes!

FEA... Now that WAS a good game! Well, I may just be partial to the older style RPGs, which is why I was a little miffed by Bravely Default. The fixed battle system really killed the demo for me (default, brave, default, brave, on and on! I can't stand RPGs that force you to use a specific strategy the full time you play). I guess it may not be a bad game, but FE-Awakening and EO were definitely better imo. EO also has a skill tree system so you can teach characters what you want or need them to know.
