Right I have made a fair bit of progress, although I would like to add a couple of tiles if that's Ok with you. Just a few tiles to link grass to a cliff. (I realize that made very little sense about you will get it when you see the map)
Okay, I like the looks of the project, I thought what you are suggesting was impossible so it will be nice to see how it turns out. But maps wise you want the same style as your average pokemon game just on a bigger scale?
Maybe pokemon spriting. Something easy to start with. Then maybe ill help with scripting if you want me to. I could also make the areas, but I figure that you would want to do that.
I'm working on a hack, in fact its very close to being completed! The link to a beta is in my sig if you're interested. Right now I'm trying to get a thread in Progressing hacks, but it hasn't been approved yet...
