Just looked at your site (didn't notice it was a link) and it is pretty good
Few changes would make it even better, like layout etc -
All html and tables, and yeah a little bit CSS, but that's it
The new admin's one of my friends, who's programming the forums right now. He sucks at HTML but is awesome in PHP and CSS, so we make a good combination together -
Got some plans for the PokéFeature:
first Roserade
then Gengar
then Gallade
then a 3th generation Pokémon -

By the way, Flamethrower's for Grass types
I don't really get these tiers, oh well
Looks good, but to be honest, I think Spikes could be replaced by Poison Spikes. Less turns of setting up and after a few turns loads of damage.
