Silver, it's also a rule in the C&T section that we aren't supposed to talk, promote or link to anything that would involve slightly illegal activities, such as pirating software.

sure, it's rather easy. (though pictures would make it even easier) anyway in the top left corner of the app there is a section with 4 'tabs' (in order they go: system Icons, App icons, Dock, primary drive icon.)

under neath that section is a section that looks like the sidebar area of the finder. This is basically your library where you can make and store iContainers of icons. (you can find these in lots of places like Iconfactory)

On the other side of the app you will have 2 sections stacked, the top being the place that shows the apps or icons that can be replaced, below is the contents of the currently selected iContainer on the left.

to change an icon simply drag an icon or PNG from either the finder or the bottom section onto the icon you wish to replace. (a small plus button should appear on the semitransparent form of the new icon to indicate that this will replace the default icon)

after you've changed an icon a blue drop panel will ask if you want to change the icons/ dock. if you select yes, it will ask for you password, change the icons/dock, and then ask you to relaunch the Finder/dock. some system icons will require you to log out before they change.
    well that's pretty much it.

well, even though technically Silk is still in Beta stages for Leopard, I've had no problems with App enhancer at all. though I haven't tried it on tiger. (you can change the dock easier with Candybar or a program called Dockswitcher IMO)

My biggest secrets for Modding my Desktop are the use of the programs Candybar, Unsanity Silk (for system font changing), and the Macthemes2.net website for showing me how to do alot of the modding.

It's actually quite easy to enlarge the icons. Simply right click (Control+click) on the desktop and choose "Show View Options". Then slide the tope slider all the way to the right to get the larger Icons. You may need to resize your text so that it's readable. (I had my text at 12pt when I used smaller icons, but when I enlarged them I use 10pt text so that all of the text fits without the automatic text hiding when it's too large.)
As for the cool HDD icon, I'm using one of the HDD icons from Jonas Rask's Summer Drives Package. (look up Jonasraskdesigns on google)
