    I personally would not do it. Also, during the downtime periods, we smods are as dead as any other member, only admins can work then.

    But I'll show my reasoning: the result would be a 20000 posts-long beast. I personally instaured the tradition of closing threads in my old boards when they hit 30000 posts, so of course I'm not a fan of keeping such long ones, specially when the new one is light and small. You can just keep a reference to the old thread in the first post.

    You're quite welcome! I'd say it would be possible in Pokemon Groups as well, but the mod there is on a DLoA so if you wanna do that you'll have to ask an S-Mod lol

    Those threads are both WAY too big to merge and would probably put unneeded stress on the server and could cause downtime...

    Hey G-Money! I just saw your VM to Hiiro but as far as I've heard he's left the site so I figure I'd answer your question for you. It's not possible to do that. The only place it is possible is in Other Clubs, where if there's a club where the owner has become inactive you can ask Alternative to merge your first post in the thread with the thread's original post to make you the OP. Then you can edit the club from there.

    Wow! It's amazing because about a year ago, none of us ever thought something like My Little Pony would influence us so much - it's pretty funny if you think about it. I quote the show a lot. xD
