No we can't take over the club as owners just randomly.

And everyone reads the first post. Maybe you don't, but everyone reads it. Especially in the shiny club, you kind of need to because the form for admission is in the first post.

The threads been up since 2004, and has virtually been dead since 2009, when the owner left. History doesn't matter if it's dead. We were the only two active members. The only two other people posting besides us were just browsing, saw it, and didn't stay active.

I am not killing it. I am remaking it, with new stuff to attract more members. The old one just had "Post a new shiny." The new one will have banner contests, artwork contests, shiny races, and so on. That's what attracts new members, not history of an innactive co-owner and two people posting.

Uh, we do need the first post. The reason why the Shiny Club is even so popular at Serebii is because they had shiny contests, galleries, and so on in the first post.

That all changed when ShinyFufu became the owner and changed it, and the club literally lost 90% of its members because the first post wasn't used like before.

I was a member at Serebii way before you were. I just made a new account after a year of inactivity. (I joined in 2004, went inactive in like..2009 and came back in late 2010)

The first post is neccassary, ESPECIALLY in the shiny club, because that's how people get the tournament's information across. That's actually why people left the PC shiny club because the owner was inactive.

Plus, all the founders and anyone who could accept/discipline members in the shiny club were gone. It needs to be remade. And new members don't care about how long the club has been up..

Hey, since the current Shiny Club was closed because it had an innactive owner, I am going to remake it.

Yeah, I'll have to try that sometime. Mostly when I start a game I try to get a female starter. lol. I've spent hours trying to get a female Cyndaquil.
