    To add to that:
    With a more balanced team, I'm sure it could be done on Level 60, too. Type advantage, good IVs and some good Movesets plus EV training should make any Level 60 Pokemon as good as those of Red.

    I wasn't misleading you, I had just forgotten the actual levels of my team. They actually were around Level 70 XD

    Still, you should be fine with a Team around Level 75

    people that say that if a legendary learned "attract", it would always fail, that's a bunch of bull!!! Reshiram used attract on me, and it worked!!!
