Epic. I wonder if chickens are easier or more difficult to get into clothes than the average dog is...

All I know for sure is that my cats have almost never tolerated having clothes of any kind put on them. On at least one occasion, Frisco (this huge, loud, white-and-black tomcat we had for about eighteen years) put up with having a plastic derby from a Mr. Potato Head set sitting on his head for longer than we expected, but that's as much tolerance of clothing as any of them have ever shown.

Go ahead. I don't recognize Aurincha as my name yet anyway, so really, go ahead. I just had to change it... I don't want to share my name with a slang word for men and a spa resort in Thailand anymore. On a side note, I totally have to visit the Anchan spa resort at least once in my life.

By the way, I'm totally addicted to Sims legacies now. I don't really know if I should thank you or hate you xD But I'm going to thank you, because most of them are so hilarious they've extended my life for some extra hours.

Because I should be in bed, I'll come up with a longer response later. In the meantime, I just have to stop and say:

Why are you discussing a six-year-old like that?
    Because I'm ORSON SCOTT CARD.

*pets* No chance to head to the dentist, m'dear? I am a little worried. (Although wisdom teeth are usually just an annoyance, right?)

Also, obviously, we've mind-melded because not only that, but not too long after I received your message, I went off to take a shower of my own. Regrettably, I was about a half an hour after you went in.

    But still. *plants mental images*

P.S., Shall we officially kick poor Calypso. from our pairing?

P.P.S., The only thing more tedious than reading Jane Austen, I've just realized, is trying to emulate her for the sake of parody.

Hell, that deserves to exist. It's the most awesome all-egg cast idea since those ninja eggs. I'm beginning to think that replacing the cast with eggs in hats would be an improvement in a large percentage of cases, in fact.

Agreed about the daydream hatchling. ^^ I think the whiptail hatchling's adorable, too--I think it looks almost like some kind of little kitty-scorpion hybrid, which is (at least in this case) apparently much cuter and less grotesque than one might imagine. And oh my God, the balloon dragons. I love them. They're just so awesomely silly-looking. ^^

I have it on reasonable authority that the artist formally known as celuthea and sardonic apathy both watch the Watchmen. *celuthea likes particularly to watch Ozy*

Are you enjoying it so far? I'm glad you picked up on mah name change

I love the Saturday Morning Watchmen theme song! It's my ringtone on my PDA haha!

Random thought while I'm drunk and tired: Would it be at all productive to have a single thread for people's plot bunnies? Probably not a sticky because we've got over 9000 in the WL anyway, but maybe something that lets people trade ideas or post concepts and get short feedback.

On the other hand, are we supposed to do that in the FFL? Ah well.

Bad thing about Linux: makes it a ***** to highlight stuff, much less copy and paste. Why? No idea. Mouse is wonky.

    That said...

Andy has never sent an email in his life, so I have no idea what he would be checking.
Aww. He's pretending to be grown up.

Also, Jesus. People laying on the horn. On the other hand, senior ball was today, so I'm guessing it's just people are wasted and/or nearly mowing down the wasted people in the crosswalk just outside -- the one with no light on it.

I follow him as he goes into the bathroom, screams like a little girl at the sight of naked Angel ass,
He screams about something he's already seen? XD

Sometimes, I believe one half of my OTP might kill the other half.
You mean Angel already hasn't tried?

    Angel: :|
    Andy: *on fire*

Actually, I know that the uniforms are colored with the colors of the army.
    Ooh. Good point.

So he looks like a bottle of French's mustard, all yellow with red trim.
Which does wonders for his hot dog.

(Don't you love the fact that I took the joke and went all serious with it? D: )
Don't worry, fangirl. I'd do the same if you made a joke about my fandoms. (xkcd has already gotten a head start here..)

Actually, it was if Ender did wear socks.
Since we've already established he wears body paint, I guess the answer is no here.

This now makes me imagine Graff taking Ender underwear shopping when they go back to Earth. And Graff refuses to buy cartoon character underwear. Andy whines.
It turns into a very special father-figure-son bonding moment.

Have you any plans for reading Ender in Exile?
Oh yes. I want to read the entire series eventually.

We never did find Xenocide, by the way. Probably because our librarian sucks at her job and has made no effort to actually track it down.

(there's a scene where some woman pretty much yells at a scientist "BREED WITH ME BECAUSE I WANT YOUR BRAINS!") and Andy getting nearly raped by a girl, who is sent by her mother, as some creepy middle-aged man watches.
    ...I like this book already.

And...the Card fandom refuses to believe that book exists.
    XD Why?

Anything from "The Butt" album, Born In The U.S.A. It's my favorite album of his.
Ooh. I'll check it out. =D

I am going to buy his new one, since it has a song on there called "Queen Of The Supermarket", which is awesome.
It's a very nice song. And I must admit that I chuckled at the line "a dream awaits at aisle #2."

It kinda reminds me of those quaint, down-to-earth, back-home/country sitcoms that were all over the 90's, like Grace Under Fire and Roseanne. Man, I miss those. The sitcoms today are all about cynical people in apartments. Back then, it was all about cynical blue-collar workers/working moms. And the latter really is funnier, I think, if only because the former's flipping pretentious.

    Uh, anyway.

but only because Card looks like the version of Ender that gets my maternal instincts going, from the Starscape cover of Ender's Game.

See, I would've thought the fact that he may just lecture on about his beliefs partway through the sex would've been enough. XD

    SALMON! <3
It's good, no matter which way you have it. ;_; Unfortunately, I ate all the salmon, and now I just have sardines in a can and tuna in a pouch. The latter is a bit tastier, if only because I prefer the former with lemon juice and toast, kthnx.

On the plus side, "Don't Stop Believing" is the one of the few songs that I'm not afraid to sing out-loud to in public.
As you shouldn't be. Because everyone likes that song on some level, really.

So I'm all like "Yay Journey!" and other people are like "They did other songs?"
Thank Family Guy for that. >_>

... And I might be getting a promotion at work.
    Ooh! Did you?

Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax, it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank involving our favorite peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeople on our favorite wanky foruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum. I like my broken keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyboard.
    Needs more neon-colored sheep.

Although I've gotta offer some lulz at the phrase "It's not what you say; it's how you say it." Hypocrisy, much? I mean, really, this coming from someone who suggested outwalking a hurricane.

EDIT: I just got done playing the Sims 2. Andy is pregnant. :O With twins!
    =O Angel must be elated.

And by elated, I mean surfing on the tubes for porn right now.

It's a boy! Andy shot a baby boy out of his ass, broke the kid's spine, then scared the kid enough for the thing to go to the potty.
Wasn't he expecting twins? XD And lovely. I feel sorry for the children born to Andy in general, though.

Also also I nearly set my pants on fire. :O
    I feel like there's a story here.

Your post in the FFL about unicorns helping with writer's block reminded me that I still haven't explained why unicorns are funny to me. It has to do with a Twilight fanfic called "Wide Awake". In it, unicorns are...
Oh, popular crapfics. There's one in every fandom.

So, yeah, not going to ask about the unicorns. I really don't want to know.

Well, enjoy the Twilight-specific Fandom_Wank write-up. The answer is in the comments.
<3. I love it when there's shreds of sanity in a fandom, and people wank about the sanity. It renews my faith in this species.

And now I have "99 Luftballons" stuck in my head. :>
    You're welcome. =D

When you go grocery shopping, don't just wipe off the handle of the grocery cart. Wipe down pretty much everywhere, even inside the cart itself. When we grunts of the grocery world have to collect the massive garbage bags around the store, we use a regular cart to dump the leaking, wet, dripping, mold-covered bags into. Right where your groceries go. :D

This is why I laugh whenever customers kill themselves for a sanitizing wipe, and then only wipe off the handle of the cart. Because it's just kinda pointless. People don't just handle the handle, but touch all over.

It's the same with those little "handbaskets", but those never get cleaned. They just get crap tossed into them, like used tissues. :D
O_o Will keep this in mind. (Thank you for telling the hypochondriac all of this. XD)

Also, how awesome is my town that the water supply is contaminated, and no official government-type person knows why. *dances*
    o.o Anything about this yet?

Edit: Also, another thread from SPPf. People think that making the font really difficult to read is okay!
I love how the responses are dripping with sarcasm. Also, I was sort of expecting something better out of this author. Breezy's produced decent work.

In any case, anyone who defends formatting abuse needs to go read House of Leaves. With part of the title in blue because the author is a jackass. The rest of the book is really not much better. There's a story somewhere in there. It's just the climax gets so eyebleed-worthy it's really flipping hard to tell what it is.

They pretty much have free reign to do whatever they want, at least with regards to things done to zebras. Zebras lost all authority over them centuries ago.
