    Download it, click DS parameters, popup window appears, note ds version/date/time/MAC, go catch a Durant w/e in victory road, check its ivs range (don't use AR).

    once you do that a few times, click the option called use ds parameters in time finder or w/e in the bottom left of that window, lol. time finder will help you search for flawless mons thorughout april 2011. your job is to hit the time on your ds and if you must, do any keypresses (hold a button from nintendo ds menu until the gamefreak shooting star appears) or frame advancements (i'll explain those if you need me to)...

    that's rng abuse in a nutshell. :P
