    The Pallette Viewer in VBA. When on the titlescreen, use Pallette Viewer, find the row of 16 colours that are used in the title screen, write down all 16 Hex Values (yet swap the pairs... For example, one may be ABCD, swap so it becomes CDAB), and search in APE for that, then change the values.
