:D I want to be a physician assistant in the long-run! I need some medical experiece before I can I apply to that, so I'm looking at Respiratory Therapy for a 2 year degree, for now. Ugh, I'm unsure what to major in though.

Lucky you. I wanted to work for an M.D when I graduated HS. Of course that's a very unrealistic goal now. My math ability is garbage. I failed Algebra 2 last semester. ;p No way I'm taking calculus now. I'm going to have a hard time trying to pass Alg. 2 and College Alg.

I'm a science guy too. That's why i'm looking into the medical field. But like I stated it's complicated. Things come up.

No, it isn't. There was a huge carnival composed of all the stuff people had built over the last week in the yard at the art college; we went around the yard and roared at people. (I don't wish to brag, but I'm told I have an excellent roar. I learned from the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer lion.) We also cut a hole in the back of its mouth so we could make it spit balloons, which turned out to be an excellent idea.

As for what it's like being in the head... well, that thing is heavy. Really heavy. It took two of us to carry it and another one to operate the articulated mouth, then two more to form the body. It was also a hot day and so, inside the cardboard-and-fabric body, it was extremely hot.

So yeah. It was a lot of fun, but we were all very glad to get out of that thing at the end.

Yeah, wish I knew that before I decided to not take high school seriously. I didn't find that out until it was too late. A few friends of mine went off to 4 year universities; some that I wouldn't imagine.

Being in community college is very unmotivating. There is a wide range of people who, i feel, don't belong in college - many looking for cheep dates, or that old high school experience.

I just don't work well with people, unless they paid me for to do it. I actually would love to obtain a Masters in the long-term. For now, I just want to live life while I'm young, gain some life experience while others my age are stuck in school or the low-paying job market. Not many oppurtunities for that other than military.

Do you have any particular study in mind?

    Hey it's better than mine.

I'm pretty f**ked up right now. I'm not much of a good college student myself, I'm probably looking at a drop out after this semester. Maybe. I've become very introverted. I don't know, I just don't care. The worst part is a good chunk of my grades in Philosophy and Psychology 101 are based in group work. (Group quizes, group presentations. ect...)

Should have paid attention in high school. Maybe I wouldn't be in this situation. I was never busy when I was in high school. That is until I realized I wouldn't graduate on stage if I didn't get my sh*t together. Eventually I did graduate, but, life's pretty horrible if you ain't got the right foundation.

Study hard and you won't end up like a loser like me.

That's a great way to find out.

In middle school I was kind of the odd one out because I drew anime and liked Pokémon. Now, in university, everyone pretty much accepted me for who I am. I even noticed some people like playing games, including Pokémon, and gave one guy my Fire Emblem, Golden Sun and LOZ roms. |D; So much fun we had.

I vaguely would like to cosplay, but only, and really ONLY when I know that I can pull it of and look convincing enough. So far, the choices are pretty limited to my OC, this one girl from the LoZ:Skyward Sword and Balsa. Well, looks wise. But than again, the chances that I'd actually do it are pretty slim. Though I have to admit that some cosplayers are really good, like PikminLink, who does such a convincing Link that even Nintendo asked her show up at certain shows. But then again... you also have the other side of the spectrum, where I follow your line again.

I think you need to give Pokémon a chance, even when you're not a gamer. There's a whole new world behind the red cheeks of the cute Pikachu, which can be explored at so many levels and in so many ways. It's such a shame that the first (and mostly only) thing people come in contact with is the Anime (merchandise). :<

Are you in high school? Ah, I'm caught up in school too, but somehow i'm making time for this. Speaking of which, how have you been?

You'd think that, wouldn't you? But it didn't. It made it look more like some sort of insect, albeit one made of leaves.

And we left our giant paintbrush-thing in the studio, because, well, we had no idea what else to do with it. This week we've been building one of those Chinese dragons you get at Chinese New Year's parades; we'll be putting it into action tomorrow.

Yes, it was - and it was actually more like the world's largest paintbrush. It consisted of a long slab of cardboard suspended between five people, decorated with leaves and various ink-bearing feathers and suchlike at one end. Concerted swaying produced a rather interesting pattern on the paper we'd attached to the wall. All in all, it was a good day's work.

Actually, before we finished, it did look a lot like a tree. But we fixed that the only way I know how: by adding more leaves.

That's true. |D On my first day of university, I met a girl, purely by chance, and we stuck together. It wasn't until after a few days that I found out she's an avid reader of manga. |D I was like "8D ME TOO".

Yeah. Where I live, Anime and Manga are still considered to be weird. Many (older/adults) people still associate it with the stigma of "sex and violence" (as those were the first series to enter the European mainland) and although it's getting more popular with (older) teens, it's still a bit frowned upon. And for Pokémon, well that's childish. I blame the TV series for that. Some people just don't want to see that there are other ways to enjoy the Pokémon fandom besides the TV series.
