Yes. It's a place where you battle trainers of increasing strengths and ranks. You also have the option to send out "writs" that will change different things in the chateau, like the amount of money trainers give you, how frequently they appear, and the level of their Pokemon.

I don't really know, haha. I just had a gut feeling that lead me to believe you'd be a Chespin kind of guy. But I was wrong lol.

I just read it! I'm surprised you went with Fennekin. I honestly had you pegged as a Chesnaught kind of guy. Glad you got through the first gym with no problems though. And just wait till you get to the Battle Chateau. It's really one of my favorite places in the game.

That's a good way of thinking about it. More as an equation.

Haha, have fun with Pokemon. And organs are overrated anyway.

I am rather extroverted, or at least I feel as though I am. Certainly isn't anything wrong with being an introvert either-- so long as one can still be introspective and reflect on why that is and whether or not one is happy with it. You seem content with your introvertedness, therefore there's nothing wrong with it. Unless I'm mistaken, of course.

I'll keep myself posted. I do hope it turns around your general Pokemon slump. That said, reserve judgement until you've gotten a full and accurate scope of the game.

    It's because I'm extremely interesting. :p

Good! I'm very glad that you're enjoying it. The sheer departure X&Y took from past generations really makes it stand on its own-- and not just visually, though that was interesting as well. I admit I don't use the 3D as much as I should though. If you ever want, my friend code is in my signature. So you're free to add me if you'd like. And I don't think I got a chance to read your blog but I'll be sure to now.

Unfortunately art doesn't always work like that. But hey no worries. Talking is just as much an exercise; the art of conversation, if you will. I'm naturally social, so art will always fall to the side when I'm confronted with interaction. It just depends on which one I get absorbed in first!

So! Not to break the existing train of conversation, but I'm dying to know what you think of X and Y.

Oh sorry! Totally not on purpose, I promise. I'm actually working on some CSS for a friend right now.

Thanks. It was a terrible time in my life, but I was fortunate enough to rekindle and reaffirm relationships with the rest of my family that I was sure were long expired. I lost my mom, but I gained so much more because of it. I'd trade almost anything away to see my mother again, but if that meant sacrificing the years of trust, personal growth, and happiness I gained-- well, I'd certainly have to reconsider.

I see the problem as an inability to make true connections with people, you know? As if being friends and having a good time isn't valued as much as "getting down to business". Now, don't get me wrong, I was a wild child in my days.. but seeing my peers get hurt sometimes in an irreversible way due to the consequences of their actions is borderline unbearable. Especially knowing that it could have been prevented had communication been a larger part than alcohol was.

Technology groomed us into being needy. But, without getting too much into my personal/political beliefs, if parents played a larger role in their teenage children's lives and taught them the value of being honest, I think a lot of issues with society would be on the road to repair.

Yes I know what you mean. In all honesty, I used to be the opposite of that. I was young, irresponsible, and had no semblance of consequences for my actions. Then my mother passed away, and I realized that I had missed so, so many things that prove invaluable to me now. Sometimes, being antisocial is a good things. I would trade places with you if it meant I could reclaim the time I lost with my mother and family.

I feel it's because of our generation, honestly. We were raised in a world of technology, of instant gratification. Things like open and honest communication are put on the back burner for "selfies" and "tagging my bff". That and, well, making those kinds of mistakes are a part of growing up, but learning something from it (which seems to be lacking nowadays) is optional, I suppose.

Continuing off from where I left in my last report, I got up to Mt. Chimney, & there was strife between the two teams that are as hot as the lava in this volcano. But sure enough, this all came to a crashing halt when I got to Maxie, who wasn't able to handle my war machine. Even afterward, he threatened that if I crossed paths with him again, the consequences will be dire. Bah! He's got no position to be making these! In all honesty, if & when we cross paths with each other, it will be...

So, in this report, I've blasted through the Mauville Gym, thanks to my Mold Breaker Drilbur negating the Sturdy Magnemites that litter that gym, & without that ability saving them from one-shot kills, Wattson, like the others before him, rolled over & died.

So, with that out of the way, it was time for me to head north. There was stuff going on about Team Magma wanting a meteorite off of a professor in Fallarbor. Thus, after laying the bodies of my opposition in my wake, it...

Right, so for this report, I've managed to claim the Knuckle Badge from Brawly, who's duo did little more than roll over & die right in front of me. If it keeps up like this, the League will be easy pickings. Afterward I went to the Granite Cave to meet Steven so that I could get him the letter from his father back in Rustboro. Unfortunately, that was all I could do over there, as the rest of it was blocked off by a sandy slope, & without a mach bike, the rest of the cave's effectively cordoned...

So, to start off this situation report, I've chosen Omega Ruby to be my main game for this. My starter choice is Treecko, namely because I like this one out of the three Hoenn starters, & that I've got the other two on my Y game.

Needless to say, the first fight with May was pretty stiff. If her Torchic would've used an Ember attack, it would've been no contest who's going to win (i.e. not me.) Even without using it, the fight was certainly a nail-biter, & got my heart pumping....

Last Saturday, I've managed to get my hands on ORAS (both copies.) I even got a poster with Mega Diancie on one side, & Kyogre & Groudon on the other, which came with the games.

But today, marks the actual start of the ORAS War-mongering - me & my war-machine are going to be taking Hoenn by storm, especially with the addition of six 'mons that I've bred from my Y game to be sent there shortly.

Speaking of which, it's also time to talk about...
