It's part of SDSME. Look at the tabs on the top.

Hello! It's pretty simple. Open the game you want to edit and look for the header of the place you want to edit. The "Internal Name" can guide you, but the best way is to look for the header value in the map matrix editor. You will see Johto and Kanto and the header for each map. When you're in that header, in the header editor, look for the value in the "Wild Pokémon" column. That's the file index for the Wild Pokémon Editor.

I can't, I'm sorry. I understand you can't get a new computer but you're going to NEED too before you start Rom Hacking. My advice is, stop Rom Hacking for now and come back to it when you have a new computer and learn more about it. You can't just randomly ask ppl for help like you've been doing. Trust me, you gotta do things for yourself until you establish that you're a good Rom hacker. Afterwards, maybe ppl will help you out. But for now, you can't rom hack. Goodluck.

You're going to have to hack on a new computer then. Nse is one of the most important tools to rom hacking. If you can't open it, you won't be able to successfully make a good hack. You can't ask someone to insert an OW for you every time you need one. Not to mention HG/SS Sprites come with different pallete tables, if you insert them, you'll end up ruining your other OWs as well. You have to recolor each of the frames to 1 pallete color and insert them. Goodluck. Buy a new computer.

Sorry, I can't do it. You have to learn how to do it yourself. Tajaros told you the same thing. Learn from tutorials, re-size the OWs after finding them on a sprite sheet, and insert them using NSE.

Okay, can you give me the entire error message word for word? There are a couple of different ones it could be.
