I used this guide when I first learned how to RNG. If you are RNG breeding try switching the order of the parents in the Daycare it seems to help. Hope it helps I'll see you in the room.
Can you keep those pokes till tomorrow I am going and sleep soon, but I will do a Scyther Egg for you Flawless with Technician but I do not know if it will be shiny when I send you the egg as I have sent others eggs where the offspring was suppose to be shiny and flawless(I saved and hatched them to make sure) and when my friends got the egg it came out flawless but not shiny so I can for sure guarantee flawless and it will be your OT
So tomorrow you can get that Scyther from me and no need to frustrate your self. -

Can you Evolve everyone except the Cottonee and carry them to level 99 as you normally do.
One last favour and this is only if you have time if not I will do it myself cause today I took time and EV'ed some of my pokes too, Can you EV train the Cottonee with 252 Hp, 252 Def, 6 Sp Def and the Frillish with 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Sp Def. Keep any Egg moves on the pokes too.
The EV'ing is only if you have time okay. -
Yeah thats no problem at all like say around 10 is good for me, I am currently playing through a new save file so that is good I'll VM you later
