XD None of those pokemon are fit for competitive battling, with the exception of Metagross and gliscor. There is also no such thing as "the best moves". There are many different strategies for each pokemon. Also, because pokemon like ducklet are never used in competitive battling, they have their own separate format which is listed at

Usually when I EV train pokemon, people already know exactly how they want their pokemon to turn out after. Not to worry, you can take a look around the net to familiarize yourself to pokemon battling. By far the most helpful site would be

Once you have taken a closer look and have a better understanding of what you want your pokemon to be like; make me a list of the pokemon, EV's, and the moveset.

Also, another helpful website is for movesets ect.

Good luck! If you ever change your mind or have any questions just keep asking :D

First, is there a specific reason why you would like your pokemon to be EV trained? Your not planning on using a ducklet in a competitive battle are you? Also, the attack and special attack stats only help you depending n whether or not you are using a physical special attack (which is noted in each individual attack). Same with defense and special defense. Lastly, I'm not entirely sure what level a pokemon will end up at after im done EV training.

Pidoves egg moves are Gust, Bestow, and Wish.

I will not start until you are absolutely sure what EV's you want trained.

And finally, here is a website which will help you decide how you want your pokemon to turn out. For example, here is a fully EV trained Whimsicott along with its moveset and EV's.

Haha, if you want i can just optimize your EV's according to smogon's competitive battling guide. I could also do that with the moveset if you wanted. If not, check out for the full list of moves that pokemon learn. I will probably get started as soon as im done dinner. Also, I will need to know the moves you would prefer before i start, as some cannot be remembered. Be back later!

Also, I would like to know whether or not to evolve certain pokemon, or teach specific moves, as some cant be remembered after they evolve!

So if you wanted your ducklet to be really fast and have strong defense, i would put 252 EV's into speed, and 252 in to defense. Tell me which stats you would like to have trained!

Each pokemon can learn a total of 510 EV's. These define the stat growth of the pokemon. For instance, if you wanted a pokemon to have really high speed, I would put 252 EV's (max per stat) into the speed stat by repeatedly battling certain pokemon. I would destribute the rest accordingly.

    I hope that makes sense!
