    Nah
Yeah Thursday evening would be good for me. Thursday 9PM for me would be like Friday 9AM for you, is that alright?

And sure, LC/OU/Ubers it is then (don't count yourself out already man, especially in LC lol)

    Nah
Other way around, your Thursday afternoon is my Wednesday night. You're ahead of me in time. It's ~11AM here right now, should be ~11PM by you now, right?

OU and Ubers is also good by me. Can do doubles or even UU too. Guess I could try my hand again at LC as well if you really want. But I'd prefer OU and/or Ubers mainly.

    Nah
I'm pretty sure that they mean the same thing. I should probably just start saying GMT though since that's mostly what everyone else uses. But you were right though, there's a 12 hour difference between us.

We also have to pick which battle format(s) we wanna do. We can do just one or do a different one for each battle. Which do you wanna do?

    Nah
yeah I was about to message you about that too lol

When do you want to do it? Today is not the best day since I have work later. And there's the matter of the large time zone difference. But any day from Thursday to like April 4th or so I'm pretty much free all the time.

I was thinking earlier about happiness. For some reason, thinking keeps me preoccupied and excited, like a little kid thinking about a new toy he will get at Christmas in a few weeks. Almost like what I can hopefully achieve is that "Christmas."

But I was also thinking why I do things that do not make me happy. A lot of the time, I do not feel happy- when I get back into reality. And when i focus on things so much that I lose sight of what I enjoy- like when I was just doing homework and studying. This break, I have done little work even though I should. But I really do not want to. And I feel a pang of regret despite me having plenty of time, but its still an uncomfortable feeling. I wonder why I am even doing the things I do. I do not see the value of doing chemistry, but I see the value of doing history and english. I waste away free time doing nothing productive. If most of what I do either makes me unhappy or unfulfilled (albeit temporarily happy), why do I do any of those things? For the former, its because I have to, but for the latter, I do not know why. I find myself feeling unhappy most of the time, so am I doing something wrong?

Im just rambling on and its very non-cohesive, but what makes you happy or gives you fulfillment?

Some people are just brilliant lol. Way ahead of their time.

You are totally right. That would work if we can just set aside our differences.

I started Code Geass because its like a classic and I feel like I should probably watch it. I have always loved really intelligent characters with strategy and stuff.

ok. Have you read Thomas Paine? Or any other political thinker, regardless of leaning? Isn't it weird when they predict something hundreds of years ago, but its still applicable today? Some are wrong such as Thomas Malthus and David Ricardo, but it never ceases to amaze me.

Pretty much. But a thought just occurred to me- if our political ideologies are totally different with a different end goal, but the only commonality is that we are anarchists, is it still in-fighting? I think it might be and idk if they are different enough to not be.

Nope, still white for me. Try using The Johto Elite style , since that's the one I'm using. I just want to be sure it's not bugging out on my end, haha.

Which one? I really dont feel like reading the mess of posts in the Democracy one lol. Thats why I stopped posting there and will just continue the discussion with another member via VM.

Well the issue with the in-fighting is that we refuse to cooperate we each other because we believe the other aren't anarchists. I personally think this is stupid because all kinds of anarchy would either lead to another state or Voluntaryism. Because how else will the communists force people who want to leave their commune to stay without a governing body?

CD-R's are only like $20 for 100 copies and I'd end up selling each for about $5 but that would be an EP. Beat leases generally cost $10-$60 depending how many promotions you want (I'd have to write an essay explaining how leases and exclusive rights work lol). For the most basic lease I can sell 2,000 copies with 1 promotion (itunes, mixtape, or anything profitable). I know a dude that knows where to get graphic covers, and cases for a cheap price but I need a graphic designer to do a cover and disc cover first which can be expensive.

    Quick Self-Introduction
I'm gimmepie. My actual name is Daniel but I generally don't use that much around the forums. Feel free to leave a VM.
    Biography
I've been around PC for a few years now and honestly I love it here. PC's grown to be oddly special to me over my years of using it an escape from real life and I've met a lot of great people and wonderful friends here. On PC you can typically find me in the Roleplay Theatre, Daily, Round Table, PC's Dubtrack room or The Underground. I often pop up in the Treehouse, Forum Games, Battling and Team building, the Lab or on our battle server too though. Basically I'm all over the place.

Outside of PC I'm a competitive ballroom dancer and enjoy spending my time social dancing, training or teaching at the studio I attend. I'm also studying to achieve my Bachelor Degree of Education (Primary) and a Diploma of School Aged Education and Care whilst attempting to become a freelance writer. If there's anything else you want to know feel free to ask!

PC Supporter since 2014 (Currently Crystal Tier)
Moderator of the Roleplay Theatre since June 2015
Moderator of the Round Table since September 2015
Moderator of the Underground since January 2016
    Daily Staff since April 2016

Most RPs GM'd at once: Six (I'm pretty sure that's a record but I dunno).
    Interests
My interests are pretty varied and they keep me sane when I'm supposed to be studying.

As I said before I teach at my local ballroom studio, I also train there myself as I am also a competitor. Dancing is one of the most important parts of my life.

I also love music, a very wide range of it too. I listen to everything from Rock to rap to country. My favourite band is Linkin Park but there are many other artists I love (far too many to list here so VM me if you're curious).

Pokemon has been a part of my life since I was about six. My first game was Pokemon Stadium for the N64 and I watched the anime religiously. These days I'm still in love with the franchise and I buy the main series games whenever they come out. I also sometimes battle on PCs Showdown server. These days I'm not as fond of the anime, but I haven't seen X/Y yet so I don't know.

I am a big lover of improvisational and stand-up comedy. I am arguably the biggest fan of Whose Line Is It Anyway in my country and I spend hours watching it and stand-up shows. I often consider giving stand-up a shot, but I struggle to be funny on cue and I don't have a very good stage presence.

I'm not much of a gamer, but I do enjoy a bit of gaming sometimes. My favourite game is The Last of Us but Starcraft 2 is a close second.

I am an anime lover and, unlike Western shows with which I am very picky about genre, I will watch almost any genre. My favourite anime of all time is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

Oops...

What kind of a non-gamer (or at least a person who isn't a hardcore gamer) gets onto Steam during a big sale and ends up spending around $70AU? What kind of ridiculous human being spends that much money on games when they still have a bunch of other Steam games they barely play or haven't touched and plenty of unfinished console games? The quick answer to that question is "me".

Yesterday, before spending hours watching the painful live coverage of

The Perfect Irony

Most of you probably know, but for those of you that don't, I've been sick for quite a while now. Actually, I've been sick for about seven months now. It begun at the end of October last year when my intestines essentially ceased to function. After a few months, that was sorted out. However, I'm still stick. So I routinely see a doctor for the medical side and a psychologist because being sick plays havoc with my anxiety issues.

The other day I saw

Review Aloo - Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Hello readers, and welcome to the first movie review in my Aloo series. Today we'll be looking at the "recent" cinematic sensation and third highest grossing film of all time, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The first instalment in the franchises sequel trilogy, set thirty years after the events of Return of the Jedi, follows a group of central characters - Rey (a scavenger from Jakku), Fin (a former Stormtrooper),

Top Ten Anime Series

A while back I did another entry like this, but since then I've watched several more anime and my preferences have changed somewhat. Since I've been watching a lot of anime lately, I figure now would be a great time to redo my top ten list. Some of these shows were on the previous list, but many were not. I'm glad that I've expanded my horizons even further however, because some of these shows are truly amazing and I cannot believe I hadn't seen them yet. Onwards!

Desires

Writing this entry was actually a spontaneous decision, but sometimes a small thought pops into your head and rapidly grows until it possesses you. When that happens you tend to feel a burning desire to talk about it. Interestingly enough, it's desires that I want to talk about.

I feel like all of us have hidden desires - goals and aspirations that we rarely make mention of, if ever. More often than not, these relate to things we're passionate about and just
