Yeah I get it, I'm similar when people insult certain genres of music whilst not knowing anything about them, or being entirely wrong.

Someone at my work called Metallica 'that screamo crap" the other day.
I told the bouncer I saw him pinching peoples drinks and he got thrown out.

Yeah I guess I shouldn't label them under metal really, but they fit easier into metal then the other categories I listed, and I couldn't be bothered to add any more.

I guess BVB and ADTR would be more Nu metal, I'd call bullet and avenged more metalcore, which IIRC is what killswitch. is commonly accepted to be.

There's so many genres of metal that it's easier to label them all under the term metal rather than think of the term metal as an actual genre, at least that's my two cents.

I mean, technically; Tool, nightwish, ensiferum, lamb of god and apocalyptica are all the same genre if you just class them as 'metal' and I don't think any of them are remotely similar genres.

Hey, I noticed you liked my TDTDE post in the "What are you listening to?" thread, so I came to your profile. I noticed you made a claim for an Emperor album, they are great, haha. My favorite overall album from them is In The Nightside Eclipse, but my favorite song by them is Empty, not from that album.

Then you should. :) I'm not much of an album person myself. When I get albums, I listen to the whole thing about three times, pick like three favorites, and ignore the rest of the album. XD

You could just do a blog series. I'm sure there would be plenty of people that would enjoy it. And you wouldn't have to edit it really. Maybe make one blog talking about one band you recommend (or one album since a whole band may be a bit too broad) and that way you wouldn't have to constantly edit one blog.

Here's where I stand on the political compass as of this writing: http://www.politicalcompass.org/prin...6.50&soc=-4.21

And here's a chart showcasing various sociopolitical ideologies.

6.50 Economic Right and 4.21 Libertarian puts me right in the anarchy zone.

I just find this funny, is all.

What's the matter, Republicans? I thought you hated "big government" interfering in business. If you're going to champion the free market, this is a poor way of going about it.

I follow Being Classically Liberal on Facebook and discovered this posted there:

The Libertarian Purity Test

I took the test numerous times and usually scored in the medium-core libertarian area, which sounds about right. I ain't no anarchist and I do believe in the good of objective laws. Also, I don't necessarily believe welfare programs should be abolished, but I believe they should be optional to pay for.

What about you? Take this test. Find out how...

I'll be honest, a lot of the things some of you post in the D&D forums make me do the last panel a lot. But I'd have to say the winner of yearning facepalms from me is still Facebook.
