One of the characters I recommend is Matt (or Le Matt as he addresses himself). a plucky, comical fellow, young and in-over-his-head. He surprisingly has the greatest luck out of every character in the series. He often says annoying things that makes everyone want to kill him, but his innocence and purity also make it hard to do it. It also becomes a source of humor for when he often gets into life or death situations and always survives, despite being horribly outclassed.

His signature Pokemon is Victini, or our mock version of Victini, which seems to be incredibly rare in our world. So rare that not even the Industry knows of its existence. It also seems to be the reason for all of his victories and his only Pokemon.

Another character is the Court Jester, we never learn what his real name is, but what we do know is that he seems to be a jack of all trades, a consultant to the Dragon King, a hired Assassin, a story teller, and capable of Breaking the Fourth wall. He often is seen juggling his Pokeballs and seems to be an incredibly skilled trainer as well as warrior in his own right.

I don't know about his Pokemon, but I suspect they are all equally dangerous and powerful.

The Dragon King has a Wife in this as well, whom I call Penelope. She is a troubled case who splits between three mental factors: Alice, Penelope, and Rose. All three love him very much, but they each have their own way of showing it. None of them are trainers, though Alice does seem to be the most connected to Pokemon. Alice is very childish and she tends to be seen wearing very large clothing tied to fit her smaller frame, jumping around and causing problems for the guards. Her belief is that if the Dragon King is having problems, he need to distract himself with some fun, so she causes a little trouble for him to solve around the house and has him run after her trying to fix it. Rose on the other hand, is the most sexual, choosing to use her greatest weapon, her body, to solve her husband's problems, even if he doesn't know about it. She often uses her body to console the Dragon King, and she is his least favorite because she seems to be the most emotionally distant. Penelope is his most neutral of the three. She loves him the most, and offers him guidance and peace of mind when he needs it the most. He loves her the most, which is why he always refers to her as the dominant mind, despite all three being equally dominant.

right, which opens up a finsih to the other plot we had moving around with the Psychic Leader being hunted by the Psychic Pokemon. I'm thinking of having it be Alakazam, if you can think of a better Psychic Pokemon to hunt him down, be my guest. Actually, I think the Alakazam should gather his own team of Pokemon, specifically picked for hunting. With the Psychic guy able to escape for the most bit thanks to his Abra's Teleport.

After the Humans get enslaved, the human gang band up to try and find what they can do. And during this meeting, the Psychic King drops in, accidentally leading the gang to their hideout. Forcing all of them to fight until the hero kid gets them all to stop and builds a truce since the Pokemon gang doesn't care about Pokemon Independence. In fact, they consider it an atrocity to try and act like Humans. They believe that Pokemon should just go their own business and that it is fit justice for a Pokemon who gets caught, to serve his punishment. The Pokemon team up with the humans to stop Zoroark from taking over the Human society.

At the end though, Zoroark gets taken in by the Industry, who capture him inside their Pokeball. He becomes a pawn in a bigger fight where the Industry tries to regain their influence in the country and maintain their dominance in the economy.

And there we have three seasons, maybe even four. I think we need to work on characters more

Eh, alright, but actually,. I think the Dark King should be a Zoroark in disguise who gets a lot of political power from the Dragon King, so once the main characters defeat the Dragon King, the Dark King takes a majority of the power and turns on the humans, revealing his true form, putting the humans in slavery.

Sure, How about as the story goes he starts collecting other kings to serve in his court. I don't know why he would have Pokemon serve in his court. Pokemon are pretty much slaves in this world.

oh, I thought we were still making this for the show, you should say when you start talking about the rp instead

I don't mind being the main GM, though would you mind doing the updates?

I think the king guy should have a reason besides power as well. Maybe he wants to overthrow the Industry, which has become too powerful nowadays, being able to make any decision they want and get anyone into power by getting them the best Pokemon. He is trying to conquer the rest of the country so that he can remove the Industry's influence in the country.

The Rebellion on the other hand, is fighting because while he is trying to remove one dictatorial force, he himself isn't really a better one. His heart is in the right place, but he seems to ignore the people's needs. And the rebellion is actually getting funds from the Industry, which fears his intentions.

Alright, then I want to be the Ground guy.

What kingdom should the main character be of?

well, we can't have them wanting to be free, cause this world is pretty much without government. The only source of Government is the Industry. A collection of jointly run businesses that have monopolized over the land's economy and makes all the major decisions because they have most of the power. They are in charge of the medicine, the market, they supply funds to keep the Gym Leaders in Power, such like that.

If anything, there might be a particular Gym Leader that is keeping his people under his thumb like a dictator, having everyone work for him and do what he wants. And he might be a pretty powerful Gym Leader, having conquered most of the country, let's say 50% of it, with the other seven or six lands being run by their own respective Gym Leader.

The guy could be running to get a more and more power, while at the same time, a rebellion wants to take control of the land and relieve the guy of his power and possibly kill him.

The King guy could be a Dragon Gym Leader. The start of the series could actually be about how his forces have taken over one of the few equally powerful lands, run by the Psychic Gym Leader. With his land gone, the rest of the NAtions fear that he will come for the rest of them, so it becomes both a political and and military problem, trying to stop the guy, both on the outside of his kingdom and the inside.

The Psychic Gym Leader could be one of our protagonists, who, after loosing his land, lost power over his strongest Psychic Pokemon, and while he is trying to survive while being chased and hunted by his own Pokemon, he is trying to take back the power that was taken from him.

And another plot could center around our main character, our Ash or sorts, who has had dreams of being the best Trainer in the world and how he enters his Land's military to try and prove himself against the upcoming war.

alright, so at minimum, we have 9 characters.

I kind of want one of them to be a Pokemon. A very Powerful Psychic type Pokemon that is trying to kill his ex master. Also, I think our Pokemon should be call Ultimon, The Ultimate Monsters, how's that?

No, I mean like five different explorers take five different roads to find adventure, but in the end, their five roads meet up at the same point and they all end the story together.

I think the first we need to decide is how many stories do we want to write at a time first?

hey, bud, so what more can you tell me about what kind of stories we should run? should the stories all be interconnecting like in Heroes?

Don't worry. It's not like you have that as top priority (who would?).

We should also have guns, since Pokemon will have Lightning bolts.

I don;t actually know anything about Game of Thrones other than the fact that it is a very popular show that has received hundred of awards.

    yeah, cya tomorrow

I don't know, if you want to, you can. I've gotten a lot of experience righting decent posts around doing just two or three actions.

Alright, I think the first thing we need to do before anything else, is establish our characters. How many main characters are we going to have? Are they going to only travel together? Will we have separate stories or will they all happen together?

I think we should allow for humans to be able to be strong enough to fight in this world also. And I think Steel types should be Robots and cyborgs, rather than be some weird organic steel, is that alright?

About Me

  • About <Challenger>
Decided to fix this, as things have changed. I'm an awkward turtle, with a minor-moderate case of unofficial social anxiety, or a severe case of social awkwardness. I have a love of books, poetry, roleplaying, video games, anime, and, most importantly, music. My favorite genres include alternative, orchestral, some electronic (mainly DJ S3RL and Owl City), various forms of rock including alternative and Scottish, and various Youtube artists, if that counts as a genre.

I suppose the two words that ultimately describe me are "Eccentric Goofball." I have tendencies to talk to myself, do random ninja kicks and junk, do impressions of characters that I'm in love with, usually Vegeta, Cloud Strife, or various Naruto characters, and wish (in vain) that I could save the world very much like those characters.

High school sucks and I have a job. That sums it up.
I like to write poetry, play guitar, watch abridged series (I hope to make one one day), and I love video games of every shape, form, and fashion. Mainly RPG's though.
