    Nope, have a looky at the bottom of my tutorial, where I mention how to edit palettes. Then just replace some colours you don't need with greys/whites.

    It's possible but it would take an expert, and would then require you to do all your mapping/scripting through hex rather than tools. So yeah, it's not at all possible for beginners and as far as I know even the most established hackers haven't bothered.

    The reason is that some tools don't support expanded ROMs, the pain problem being Advance-Map. You then also have to repoint loads of datapoints to new locations, and basically are required to rewrite the ROM just to fit in more regions.

    That's awesome! Yeah my trainer battles don't line up and stuff, I'm trying to see if I can find a fix for it.

    Thanks! It all works except for the messagebox, the sprite disappears correctly and the fanfare plays but it doesn't say the message. Would you like to go on MSN?
