You're working on a ROM hack, eh? That's nice.

Yea, WoPC is only about 2 months old~ It is indeed a lot of fun though! It's pulled people from all over the forums and there's all kinds of talent working together on it.

Yep, I'm still romhacking! I'm still doing mapping though. I'm building the first town in my region and using an alternate autumn-themed tileset. I'm waiting until I have a decently complete map before I start any scipting. That sounds pretty cool though, what you're doing! I believe there are trainer editors that allow you to modify vs. sprites, but I've never used any of them before, so I'm not 100% sure how it works. Good luck, let me know if you figure anything out!

I agree with you on that. Most Wanted (2012) has the better map in my opinion. I honestly like the city setting more than the diverse setting of a desert, a small city, a mountain, and foresty area that is the Rivals map, plus Most Wanted (2012)'s map had a lot more secrets to it. I hope that in the next NFS game after what is probably gonna be a train wreck with the next release, I would like to see a much diverse map, one with a giant city in it, but also have a few areas that differ in terms of looks.

Well that sucks because form what I have played of 2048, it was really fun, but hopefully some other studio will come around and take the mantel of developing more Wipeout games.

There are so many games that I would like to see come back. Are they're any, besides Wipeout that you would like to see return?

Sure! My guess would be that somewhere along the way I accidentally imported an incorrect offset or something similar, which is causing the problem.

So yeah, it seems that for whatever reason importing is screwing some things up. I guess for now I'll just say edit the trainers by hand because that works, and I'll take a peek at the code this weekend and try to fix things!

Are you serious? Do you think you could send me the trainer file so I can try and replicate it?

Yep yep yep. It should do the same for imported data.

Yes, it will automatically bring up a dialog to repoint the data when you need to. And it should replace old data with FF bytes, if it was repointed.

Sorry for taking a while again to respond. I keep falling asleep T_T.

I forgot about the PSP Most Wanted, I also played that one as well (I pretty much played all the NFS games that are titled Most Wanted). I really loved Most Wanted (2012), and I had a lot of fun with it. I really only didn't like the very limited customization options for each car and the limit race options for each car, but I think the racing and chasing is fun, and I like how secretive the world was and how it actively encourages you to explore the city to find all the cars and hidden areas, and between all 3 Most Wanted games, I think Most Wanted (2012) is my favorite, although I really do need and want to go back and play the original Most Wanted. My favorite out of all the NFS games is Rivals, mostly for being a larger version of Hot Pursuit (2010), looking gorgeous, and having more customization, although I didn't like how the world, while larger than Most Wanted (2012), didn't have many secrets or shortcuts in it and the cops got less fun stuff than the racers. I know what you mean by GRID 2 being too drifty, I haven't played GRID 2, but I have played the original GRID which from what I heard GRID 2 plays almost like, and the cars just seem to lose control really easily. You really have to get used to the way the cars handle, especially in turning which is where I usually tend to spin out the most.

I've played one of the Wipeout games, it was the one for the Vita, 2044 I think it was. I didn't play too much of it, mostly because I was too into Persona 4 Golden on the Vita.
