It appears at Chapter 392. Oh Sasuke got attacked by Itachi by using Amaterasu. Man, during that time Itachi's eyes were bleeding at that one point. This happen before Sasuke did that lighting attack.

Yay that is good. Whoa...I currently on Chapter 396. And I waiting for Chapter 397. Well Sasuke got out of that genjutsu and he had this lighting attack and got Itachi, but Itachi got out of that too. He used Susano against Sasuke. Sasuke was in bad shape. And Itachi was about to take his eyes, but Orochimaru shows up! Well he came out of Sasuke's curse seal. And he was about to get Itachi, but Oro got owned by Susano and got sealed forever. And Itachi was about to get his eyes again, and he just did that poke he did to Sasuke, and he just fell over. That is all I am going to say. I don't want you to get too spoiled. I think I went a little overboad...lol
