    I rarely play pokemon hacks but both reign of legends and life of guardians were brilliant games, will you be working on a third installment?

    Yes, it's very possible to add Pokemon on Ruby (I've done it), but it is impossible to extend the Pokedex. Jambo51 even looked into it on Ruby for me once, and he can confirm that the way Ruby's Pokedex was coded is absolute hell.

    There's no tutorial. You basically have to repoint every table relating to Pokemon, such as sprites, palettes, names, base stats, moves, etc. Then there's the Pokedex which is a completely different issue, that's pretty much impossible to extend on Ruby.
