    Got it~

    [css-div=color: #0B3B0B; background-image:url("http://i791.photobucket.com/albums/yy196/RickSavage2/SigCharizardman.png"); width: 400px; height: 300px; font-size: 10px; text-align: center;]
    [css-div="background-color:#F0F8FF; border-style:inset; border-color:#F0FFFF; border-width: 2px; width: 210px; height: 80px; overflow: auto; position:relative; top:170px; left: 20px;"]Text & Stuff[/css-div][/css-div]

    I removed a few superfluous [b] tags, and for some reason that helped... if you want bold in all your text, I recommend sticking "font-weight:bold;" somewhere.

    Okay that is really odd. Can you put the code in [noparse][/noparse] tags and send it so I can see what's going on in there?

    I totally agree with everything you just said. ^_^

    This is a big but mini-CSS tutorial:
    Spoiler:

    Here's the code for my sig (essentially):

    [css-div=" color: #0B3B0B; background-image:url("http://img851.imageshack.us/img851/5703/dentsig001.png"); width: 400px; height: 300px; font-size: 10px; text-align: center;"]
    [css-div="background-color:#EFFBEF; border-style:inset; border-color:#9ED4A0; border-width: 2px; width: 210px; height: 80px; overflow: auto; position:relative; top:182px; left: 57px;"]Text & Stuff[/css-div]
    [/css-div]

    First things first: Your background image. Choose one (that adheres to the PC sig rules, of course), then put it in next to where it says "background-image:url". Then plug in your image's width and height where it says "width" and "height" after that. Now you've got an image you can see.

    I chose to put in my text formatting up with the image stuff, but it's not necessary really. I just prefer to format text by CSS rather than BBCode /blablablabla....

    Now onto the second bit, which is the scrollbox.
    > Background color is exactly what you would think; you can put an image there if you wanted to too.
    > Border-style indicates what you want your border to look like. You basically have the same options as when you do your PC profile- dotted, dashed, solid, groove, etc.
    > Border-color is... your border's color... imagine that...
    > Border-width is how thick your border is on each side.
    > Width & Height are indicating how big the box is.
    > Overflow: auto makes sure nothing goes outside the box. That's basically what makes it so a scrollbar appears.

    Here's the awesome positioning bit. By using position:relative, you can put your box anywhere on the background image. Using position:relative is pretty easy, once you figure it out. So, look at this bit of code:

    position:relative; top:182px; left: 57px;

    After position:relative, you have to tell the box where it's going to go. So...
    > left: How far away from the left side of the image it will be.
    > right: How far away from the right side of the image it will be.
    > top: How far away from the top of the image it will be.
    > bottom: ...you get the idea.
    I find it easiest to use only left and top, though sometimes I'll do right. I never use bottom.

    It's kinda hit and miss, with positioning, but that's what the preview sig button is for.
    I find it easy to think like... "Well, my image is 400px wide, and I want the box about halfway over. I'll try using left:200px."

    So. Any questions? I'm not the greatest at explaining... ^^;

    Aww, but Dent is awesome. ;3

    Do you mean the image or the CSS (scrollbox & text stuff)?
