I was thinking something along the lines of an "OS" for consoles like NDS/GBA/Wii/etc.
By "OS" I mean a collection of C++ libraries that allow for universal code.
A graphics API, IO API, input API, and so forth. It could really open up new doors for homebrew dev, I think.
If not that, then writing a traditional OS sounds like fun also!
And if that's over my head, I'll probably make some web software or something. xD

It was my first time using it aha, didn't notice that Text1 had a slightly different layout to Text2. It's a great tool for the finer details as well as the intro sprites ^-^.

Means i can only use 3 actual palletes on 1 map coz as u said...(or i got it totaly wrong) that there will be 1 reflection pallete be loaded for every ow in the map means....i can use maybe 60 Ow's in 1 map....but theyre all have to use at least pal1,2 and 3 ut not 4 otherwise they wont work right?

Regarding your post in the Pokemon Map Editor thread, about editing NSE so it can edit tiles- that'd just be a matter of getting the tile offsets and putting them in the Bookmarks of NSE. I've done that for loads of different things in Emerald. And if you scroll through a ROM's data in something like TileMolester then you can eventually find the tiles; you just work out the offset from where the tiles start. I might try this myself, but until then... just saying. :P
