    I draw the pic by hand (pencil + paper), then I scan it to color it.
    I'm much better at coloring digitally than I am at coloring traditionally.

    No, sorry. I wasn't that clear. Roar of Time is effective against a Pokémon with the Soundproof ability. I guess it's just too damn loud to be ignored =P

    Just to update you: I've looked around and found people on Battle Revolution who have had Roar Of Time used on a Soundproof Pokémon. There was also a test done on one of the DS games, where Dialga used Roar Of time on an Exploud. It does affect it. That's one less question =)
