You're right. I'll make some free time tomorrow to get through the list and to make an advertisement for the RPD.

I'll make sure to be online more often from now on. I kinda noticed that the RP corner has been dying but I guess that's just because everyone is in their finals :/

Since the part-timers will be working more those two weeks of spring holiday, I'm getting three days off next week so I'll be able to be around more often.

XD just wanted to let you know the Kakusu, Nami, Cheryll, etc group is in the gym and your post kinda confused me because of that.

I couldn't get into Imagine for the same reason until the 3rd time I downloaded it (still haven't picked it back up but got pretty far with it). Reminded me of God Eater Burst.

Also where is your avatar picture from?

I have a soft spot for young artist or those who wish to learn, first hand I know what its like to have people disliking or artwork at such a early start which can be very discouraging. I have felt like the overall comments on his thread have been telling him his at is "bad" without telling him how to improve his work. I for one think he is making leaps and bounds at such an early stage, I just wish more people could see that in young artists.

But as for me, I'm on and off this sight, kinda shy. I try to make discoveries that will help others and hand it out. As for what you saw, I don't usually make full blown out tutorials when I see a newcommer with a mistake, usually I will VM them some tips or just write a post explaining how they may improve something. Tutorials are probably something I will do more of as time goes on because it really does help them a lot more than a written post or message can.

I want to thank you for the message, I was afraid some people would possibly take my post the wrong way or something. Messing with another mans work can be a bit touchy sometimes.

Oh yeah. I am perfectly fine with it. In future scenarios I am perfectly fine with character interaction, etc.

Have you seen the persona 5 community project as well as the official info of the actual persona 5? http://www.atlus.com/persona5/ http://trifectamix.tumblr.com/

The imagining community project is all community ideas. Its all kinda died down but it served to entertain and would serve well as a game Idea if I can find the original post. Persona 4 is what got me into the series although I'm playing through 3 Portable and also 2. Have you played the imagine MMO?

Hey I'm a little confused about what you mean for me posting in youkai. Sorry for the delay but I rarely check the OOC. I need to make it a habit. Also I see you are in persona/smt.

I love Persona 3 <3 For me, I think it's the best one. I've played it on PSP though and beaten the games many times. It's more fun to play since P3P has a female protagonist. But yeah, I can't buy it too. lol

About Me

  • About machomuu
You know, I had a list here of things that I like, but it just felt like I was filling space. Usually I don't even fill this area in, but what the heck. I like games, gaming is probably my favorite hobby...probably to an unhealthy level, but hey, it's good for the mind.

Anime and manga are a big thing for me, as well, partially because I don't watch television anymore. Nowadays, if I watch something, it's usually because I want to dedicate myself to it, so it's generally a matter of choosing what I want to watch, and anime really makes that easy. Problem is, if it's in Japanese, I have to give it 100% of my attention, and that's part of the reason that I'm trying to learn Japanese.

More than that, though, I've learned about Japan to the extent that I'm actually interested in it. This is mostly due to research projects and the like, as well as being the cause of some curious points I'd see in anime or general miscellany that needed clarification. The idea that there exists a place that exists both as a mish-mash of many different cultures while at the same time heavily influencing the mix with its own unique flare is pretty interesting, and seeing how that same place is both similar to and contrarily dissimilar to my homeland is just fascinating. It doesn't really have any bearing on my fight to learn Japanese, though; that's mostly for the sake of my hobbies.

Apart from that, I'm basically an average nerd. I have a desire to become a video game developer and am really interested in social sciences (Sociology, Philosophy, etc.) and the forces that influence them, such as Psychology. As strange as it may sound, learning how people work is just plain fascinating, and it may because I like analyzing the complex facets of the mundane so much that I take interest in it.

Then again, most of this is basically just things spilling out of my brain. If it sounds like I'm trying to sound smart, profound, things of that nature, or the opposite, be assured that I'm not trying at all. And, because of that, take everything you read here with a grain of salt, because it's all just spilling out of my brain with no filter or thought to what it says, and I don't really read this section enough to bother to edit most of its body. But it shouldn't really matter, if you get to know me or if you already do, you'll know how much of this is legit and vice versa.

...And I love Touhou Project. Inazuma Eleven and Osu!, too. All for different reasons, but I'd say how invested I am in the aforementioned is enough to be listed here.
