    No, it isn't. There's plenty to say about how a Pocket Monster runs & works, and if it's random, test the team and see how it works beforehand, you'll have stuff to say about results.

    The staff have wanted the rule back, and we require description to show you know how you're running things and also gives the raters an insight as to what's up.
