Well, the usual day here for me is just checking out Other Chat, Pokemon Anime and General, sometimes OVP and Other Games. And I am currently helping out in a hack.

I am also planning to release a new fan-fic by the end of the year.

The board I spend the most time on is Other Entertainment for obvious reasons since I run the claim thread. So that's really all I do. That and going around repping and de-repping people for reasons they supply in their posts. It's really an odd occasion that I actually rep someone, though.

Aside from that, I spend some time stalking people. When I first started coming here, I really spent the most time posting visitor messages between Andy and Ryan, though. Until they made me post and showed me how enjoyable the community could be. It didn't disappoint. But I must say, most of the intelligent people on the internet like to gather around PokeCommunity.

With that said.. hmm.. I also spend my time planning for Anime North with Jeff, Audy, Jess and Erica. They would be Aegis, Ausaudriel, Cowrie and Lightning. Since we're all going to spend time together while we're up there, might as well throw that in there for what I do when I'm here.

Aside from that, I like to stalk people on the who's online list. But usually when I'm on that page, I'm away from my computer for an extended amount of time. Be it class or sleeping.

I'm afraid I don't have any tips and tricks to get you very well known. I think you're on your way to that. Sometimes being well known doesn't mean having the most visitor messages, page views, or friends, but really what you put on the table. In my case, sometimes I've been called the mini-BeachBoy and when I'm called that, it really puts a smile on my face because BeachBoy, or Ryan, is a really great person to get to know (I suggest you do so and start talking to him. He's the one who knows about reputation on this forum more than anyone and he hasn't even been here a full year yet).

But if you want to know what I did -- I constantly view people's profiles. Sometimes I start relationships with curious people who check back and ask me why I'm viewing their profile. Perhaps it's because of my name and how closely it resembles that of a moderator, but I'm not one of those supporters who believe that. I would really say to put everything on the table in posts. Make long, juicy contented posts that have a lot to offer. Though many will skim over it, the ones dedicated to the community will not and that will get you noticed. Go in sections that interest you, like Other Entertainment (as you are already active there) and put some content onto that board to the best of your ability. Don't overdue it, though, to the point of flooding. Don't be afraid to meet new people or start commenting on someone's blog entries. Help out people in the Questions and Feedback board and welcome new members (who post good introduction threads with bulk on who they really are as they are the ones who really stay the longest) and don't be afraid to stalk people by viewing the who's online list and meeting people from there.

Yes, only due to the mass amount of idiots that the community has been attracting lately.

Just came by to say that I admire the fact that you're one of the few people who have common sense on this community lately. I'm rather shocked at the lack of visitor messages and profile views you receive because you seem to be an intelligent person with a lot to say and it's a shame that some people aren't really respecting that. So, yeah.

Today, I made a Tier 5 donation to the Pokemon Community Forum and I couldn't be happier. It feels good to give to a forum and community that deserves it and I hope that I will be here for many years and that we all will be as well. I look forward to getting to know to all of you!
