On the contrary, I think I do a very good job at making songs last a long time. I'm still listening to a lot of the same music that I was three years ago. The key is that I don't let myself listen to songs too often. I never play the same song twice in one day. Actually, there are a number of songs in my Top 25 Most Played that haven't been played since May or even April. I almost think of them as "sacred" and I can only listen to them once every two weeks or so, for fear of getting tired of them. If that's not stopping songs from getting old, I don't know what is.

edit: ahhhh yes I love end of the world. One of these days I'm going to finally get around to memorizing the lyrics and subsequently annoying the crap out of everyone I know by shouting them at the top of lungs all the time. Mm, reminds me of this Calvin & Hobbes comic. I don't know why but that comic always cracks me up.

ALSO LOL: When I tried to find that comic online, I searched "calvin and hobbes spearow comic" and it wasn't until Google suggested "sparrow" instead of "spearow" that I noticed that I've been misspelling "sparrow" since... whenever Red & Blue came out. D:

@: I like to think I handled it pretty professionally. It took a lot of effort not to explode and tell him what I really think of him. And I'm not worried that he'll read this because I doubt his mental facilities are sufficient enough to find this particular comment hidden in this monster of a VM.

I'm using The Stand Nexus (or whatever the new B&W theme is called) with Reduced Mode. That way, there's not a huge, glaring banner at the top of every page broadcasting to the world that I'm on a Pokémon forum, if you know what I mean.
