    "Whatever-ing" me is rather rude when all I'm doing is filling a report that I agree with from a member who shouldn't be harassed over something that happens on another site. With that said, seeing as how I have nothing to do with whatever the site you're talking about is, it's not my responsibility to tell him to stop doing whatever you claim he's doing.

    A simple solution to this problem would be to just stop communicating with the member. Block contact with him or her, and you block your temptation to create a contact method between the two. It's really the only suggestion I have for you.

    Yes, because going up to someone on a forum that has nothing to do with the forum in question and telling them that they sucked at being an administrator is something that needs to be told to someone. You don't just go up to someone and start talking like that. Don't bother arguing about why you did it. The bottom line, despite the fact that it wasn't written, he asked you to stop, you didn't. You continued to bother him about the subject regardless, thus harassing him.

    Regardless, this isn't up for debate. Just in the future, don't bother with things like this.

    You shouldn't be trying to contact him on this forum about something that's gone down on another forum just because you want to. That's not how it works. It's pretty much common sense not to bring other site issues into public eye on another site. Assuming it's not is pretty illogical if you ask me.
