    Umm I'm not entirely sure but you should go to the Alternative Pokémon Discussions
    And I think you do it there but ehres some requirements before it can be posted I think a mod has to accept it, maybe not sorry I just started like 2 days ago so I don't really know much;

    About the movesets... as I said, that'd be reasonably inferred by element, body type, and other characteristics that may determine it.

    Plus, I didn't explicitly state a four-move limit, so there really is none, other than "be within reason"
