    Well, I am done. Went faster than I expected. If you want a different background, or the card is too plain, tell me and I'll try fix it .

    Srry, but i just couldn't find a good background featuring team rocket .

    P.S.: Please click on the dragon eggs in my sig I am trying to hatch them, my first attempt.

    btw, the sprite is gonna be a team rocket grunt, or someone else that you specify.
