    Hello! Don't worry; everyone is new at some point
    You can play it by first downloading a VisualBoyAdvance emulator. You use this to play games called ROMs.
    Then, download a clean Firered English ROM. (should be .gba).
    Then, go to HackMew's toolbox and download a tool there--it's called A-Ptch.

    After you did all this, use A-Ptch to patch the .aps file to the .gba file. Then you can play!
