Hi
Thanks for your answer, I had already tried those offsets from HackMew's ASM tutorial - the bytes at the FR offset don't change depending on name/gender selection, and some bytes are random whilst the Ruby offset stays at 0000000 no matter what is chosen. Am I being stupid in thinking they should change?

ASM may i ask a quwstion to you
you so asm so i wanna ask this
you knwo when you faint you go to a pokemon centre or to your mom?
well are you able to create a asm command so you can activate a checkpoint type tile so if you die you end up at the last checkpoint you were at so you dont go back to the pokemon centres all the time?
if you can may i ask the favour of you implementing this into my hack please? also make it private thanx sincerly M.L(haha sincerely
