    Yo Gamefreak089, i think I can help.
    Try searching for Pokemon Ruby 1.0 (U), I found one at 4shared.
    Then download the full English patch from Wesley's website:
    http://wesleyfg.weebly.com/download-eng-version.html
    if it say attack website, don't worry it would not do any harm
    then use Lunar IPS to patch them.
    that should work!

    if you still get white screen, try to set this option:
    Options>Emulator>Save Type> set to Flash 128kb
    and tick Real Time Clock if you have the option.
