I've seen stuff like that about Mat's Pokemon. I've received a hatched Togepi obtained on Route 34 and hatched on Route 34. It lacks Day care couple.
Perhaps, someone else is editing them. Or, he has. I don't know. I believe Mat said that his Togepi, Manaphy, and a third Pokemon have bad data because of extraction issues. However, I don't encounter problems with extracting to files. At the end of they day, I just toss them. I hope this helps; maybe you can decide on your own to collect Mat's Pokemon or find substitutes.
