Hey there!!
First of all, thanks so much for the detailed answer (:
I guess I'll try it out then, because i really really want it on the release day
I'll definitely avoid amazon then
Again, thanks so much for helping out a fellow trainer!!
Not much to be honest, just that we are physically unable to pronounce the letter "d" at the end of a word, which always makes for great fun when explaining where you live.
Maybe just get some volunteer work or something. Anything to make you look ~lovely~.
I know a little Irish history, being Irish, and I didn't find it too dull. But I emphasise 'little' here. I think most history can get dull if you over-do it.
Yeah, I'm sure it'll help in that respect. What else do you do that could help?
Ahh ok then. I started history at AS but quite honestly found it boring as anything. But I think that was on my teacher's part. I know I loved it at GCSE. I've heard that psychology is quite interesting, though, so I'm sure you'll enjoy that!
They don't frown upon it, but don't always actually count it in their offers. For example if you were offered ABB, they might specify that none of them can be Critical Thinking or General Studies. I think that's what all of mine other than Manchester, who specified which subjects they had to be, did with my offers.
It's pretty good, yeah, although I'm uncertain of where it'll tale me. But meh. I don't really need to know that just yet. Which A Levels are you going for?
Ah yeah. Honestly, no disrespect here, I don't really -get- critical thinking. And neither do a lot of unis as many of them don't acknowledge it as an A Level lol. ):
Yeah, I could have done an early AS but decided not to because I couldn't really be bothered, and then did bugger all work for my GCSEs and had a realllllly bad start to AS. Sorted it out in the end though. And this.
Ahhh not too shabby. What did you do early and how was it?
Yeah A Levels are a crazy jump from GCSE and a lot of students get bogged down by them because they're still using a GCSE working habit. Hopefully the one you did early will mean that's not such a problem for you, though.
