It might be better if I attempt to breed a Mienfoo myself and trade that (otherwise I run the risk of my Mienfoo staying there, and while I can clone, I try not to do it with standard Pokés). They learn Drain Punch at Lv.33, however, and are first available between Lv.30-33 at Dragonspiral Tower (if you're playing B2/W2 then that changes; I know I saw them listed in Route 14, and Dragonspiral Tower then goes into the Lv.55 area and Mienfoo is Winter only there).n Take a bunch of Balls and just catch every one you can, and see if you find a Brave one.

Otherwise, I can try breeding; I could also hatch and have it exposed to a couple of Audino battles to get to 30 quickly (giving it some HP EVs). Nature is hard to guarantee, however; besides, since IVs differ, I look more at that (a Gentle Mienfoo with an Attack IV of 31 is better than a Brave Mienfoo with an Attack IV of 15).

It's for all games, but you can change the TM number in the URL and get that TM for all games as well. In this case, that page dictates to collect the three Grams on Route 13 and return them to the lady across the bridge. The TM is your reward. B2/W2 notes it's in the Battle Subway only (or somehow available for purchase, maybe PWT).

And I forgot, editing in. Genesect arrived via Event at Lv.15. I immediately boxed it for cloning.
