If you want to learn how to rom hack, go into the tutorial section of the rom hacking form and learn!! Then, you can ask questions in the simple questions and script help threads to get your going farther. When your skills are good, you can start helping with hacks. We tend to work in small teams, except for the new community hack. Just look around the emulation form to learn more!
