I read you're having problems trading; I also had issues at first trying to trade with Eevee, but I sent her a PM quickly from my phone (I was at a restaurant) saying to change the Primary DNIS to 220.127.116.11 and Secondary to 18.104.22.168 (these are public Google DNIS addresses and subject to their TOS). Trades went no problem after that. I suggest you try that and it should resolve the problem, as it would work for anyone.
