I suppose as long as it's in the regional dex, you're allowed to use it. It's a really awkward one to handle because BW2 has so many Pokemon in its dex that aren't catchable until post game. So in a way they fit the rule, but at the same time that rule was meant for version exclusive Pokemon.

Hi, I'm making a rombase of Fire Red where all the text (and I mean, ALL THE TEXT, including Pokémon, items, NPC dialogue, etc.) gets decapitalized and some of the Pokémon and items edited to make things more balanced and useful. It's about 20% done. You would be able to patch it on a clean ROM and then put your hack patch on top of it (won't have any issues with hacks because I don't add new data). Are you interested in combining it with your hack?

What a coincidence. Jakuho Raikoben happens to be my favourite Bankai as well. It used to be Byakuya Kuchiki's Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, until I saw Sui-Feng's.
