I'm afraid users are required to be a member at PokéCommunity for at least 3 months before they can submit a team thread. I know this seems strict, but time has just shown me that it's entirely necessary. You'll be able to submit a Team Thread from the 24th of April onwards.

Along with that, your thread was definitely not amongst the worst submissions I've seen for that particular subsection, but some other requirements weren't met either (for example, you need to provide an introduction about yourself, how you discovered hacking, and mostly what you hope to achieve with the hacking team).
