I don't get it. Uh. I feel so horrible for asking this but could you insert that backsprite for me? http://i.imgur.com/Ya4kaGK.png That's the backsprite, and that's the original rom:
I feel dumbfounded asking you for this, because that's the only thing left for me to do, just the backsprite.. And I understood nothing from what you were saying.

    Could you?
Of course, here you are,I've finished it,and just patch this .ups file on that original file, and also, you'll find that the normal sprite of the female character is glitched because the normal sprite and backsprite share a common pallete, and you forgot to send me the normal sprite,so it remains glitched,to fix these problem, you must insert the certain normal sprite and make sure its using the same pallete as the one I created for the backsprite.

Okay, now that I know which program you used, could you link me a tutorial or explain to me how exactly you replaced the wanted back-sprite in emerald into the file? I feel like i'm bothering you and I shouldn't, I just really want that one back-sprite! (Could it be specifically the female back-sprite?)
Firstly, export the obj pallete from the rom by VBA when VBA is showing the certain backsprite which you're about to edit, and import it into CrystalTile2,then,click the one pallete which is for the backsprite to choose it and find out the backsprite which you're about to edit,it's near offset D67EC0(Female player backsprite),then, make the look of the backsprite in CT2 by adjusting the settings and then adjust the width of the window of the loaded rom until the look of it get normal, and now you'll be able to insert the backsprite which you need to insert.

I used CrystalTile2 to edit it,it's not difficult.
